                                          About Diane: Diane began practicing Yoga in 2005 in order to relieve the stress and stiffness that resulted from sitting in front of a computer working full time for a high tech company.  After practicing gentle yoga three times a week she soon found that her stress levels went down and her stiff joints regained much of their flexibility. Other health problems such as vertigo diminished greatly or completely disappeared! She discovered that Yoga was not just about relieving stress and increasing flexibility, but benefited her body in many new ways. Diane became "hooked" on yoga and developed an amazing new body awareness that allowed her to achieve postures beautifully. In fact, with encouragement from her Yoga teacher, she decided to study Yoga much more with a goal of becoming a teacher. Although she continued to work full time in the corporate world she eventually completed the 200 Hour Teacher Training program through YogaFit® Training Systems Worldwide, Inc.  Her Yoga Flow and Stretch class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga and incorporates poses in a vinyasa-style flow along with deep stretches to create strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
