                                          • All classes are for all levels. Let the instructor know if you have any physical limitations.
                                          • It's always good to arrive a bit early to set up and arrive into your yoga space
                                          • Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. We also have mats for sale
                                          • Avoid eating a full meal 2hrs prior to class
                                          • Avoid wearing scented products and using slippery lotion on hands and feet!
                                          • Honor the strength of your body by not pushing yourself too far.
