                                          Yoga Flow and Stretch Diane's evening class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga and incorporates poses in a vinyasa-style flow along with slow stretches to create strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class is perfect for all levels and beginners are always welcome! Diane demonstrates modifications for most yoga postures in order for each individual to come into their best body position. This is a regular class that meets every Monday evening.
