Yoga flow & stretch
Diane's evening class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga and incorporates poses in a vinyasa-style flow followed by stretches to create strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Be prepared to move and maybe sweat a little, then cool down with deep stretches, utilizing other styles of Yoga such as Yin and Restorative, to create a perfect balance. You will leave feeling relaxed and stretched all over. Yoga Flow & Stretch is a regular class that meets every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30pm.
