                                          GENTLE STYLE YOGA This class is for all levels and beginners are welcome too! In this evening time class the intention is to find calm and learn ways to quiet the mind through focused breath and gentle movements.  On any given session you may find a variety of forms; from flow movements with modifications for all levels to slow restorative and meditative movements to encourage new body awareness. The session may be adjusted based on the energy of the group for that particular evening. Participants are always encouraged to honor one's own body by moving at one's own individual pace.
