                                          __Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, has hundreds of powerful Kriyas for us to choose from and each one brings vitality, self-awareness, and expansion.We will begin each and every class with the Adi mantra, ong namo guru dev namo. This attunes our hearts and minds to our teacher within. We use warm up exercises to get ready for the Kriya. A Kriya is an exact formula of yogic postures which yield specific results.  After the Kriya we will relax deeply to allow the new energy to integrate thoroughly. I will bring my gong to play during the relaxation. We end each class with a blessing to ourselves and the world.
