Soft Yoga with Akhila
This Soft Yoga class is designed for the mature body and bodies with unique challenges. Our practice includes postures to strengthen the body, “feel-good” limbering to melt away stiffness and increase range of motion, breathing and calming techniques for stress reduction and deep relaxation. All ages are welcome –no experience necessary! This class is perfect for beginners. No matter your age - it’s never too early to become more aware of your body, mind, emotions and inner spirit! Our bodies have endured life’s experiences and are still here with us every day, so we need to honor our “self” with a soft yoga practice.
