                                          SOFT YOGA This class is designed for the mature audience or bodies with unique challenges as we focus on long stretches to melt away stiffness and feel good again! All ages are welcome and this class is perfect for beginners. No matter how young you may be it's never too early to become more aware of your body, mind, emotions and inner spirit! Our bodies have endured life's experiences and are still here with us every day. So we need to honor our "self" with a softer, slower yoga practice. In this class we will become aware of how the mind and body can connect to release stress, become calmer, and increase mental acuity.  Also:
