Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation. Lying in savasana you will listen to guidance from the instructor who will use imagery, rotation of consciousness, and sensation to bring your body into the deepest relaxation while your mind remains awake floating in and out of consciousness.
Students LOVE this experience and report feelings of bliss,
and sustained present moment awareness. Class includes 40 minutes of Gentle Yoga asanas, plus 35-40 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra.
