                                          In this very special class we offer one-on-one private sessions for adults and a parent/caregiver (if desired). The private sessions are designed to introduce yoga postures, breathing techniques and create a new body awareness. A variety of postures are incorporated to increase strength and stability, improve balance and concentration, and increase range of motion. Emphasis is on safety and concern for the individual's well-being in order to bring about a positive response. After just a few sessions the student will notice better concentration and focus and greater range of motion. These easy advances improve self esteem and bring about a sense of pride as the student discovers new abilities of the body.
