In this evening class, the intention is to find calm and strength at the end of the day. We experience ways to quiet the mind through focused breath and mix of yoga styles. We blend the best of Anusara, flow, yin yoga, Raja yoga, mindfulness based movement, guided meditation, and more, which result in a stress reduction practice that can actually strengthen and stabilize the body. Every “mix” encourages a new body awareness and appreciation of self. Participants are always encouraged to honor one’s own body by moving at a comfortable individual pace.
